How do I disconnect a storage provider from my CloudOn account?

To disconnect a storage provider account you'll need to delete your Cloudon account. Then you can re-create your CloudOn account and re-connect the storage providers you would like to keep.

Please note that if you are a CloudOn Pro user, the process for this change is different. You will need to contact our support team using the "Submit Help Request" button below in order to make this change.

That said, here are the instructions to delete your CloudOn account:

Tap   and then   to go to your profile. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap “Delete Account”. Tap “Delete” in the confirmation dialog window to complete the process.

Android Devices and iPhones: Go to the “Settings” area of your CloudOn account. Under the “Delete CloudOn Account” area, use the “slide to delete” bar. Tap “Delete” in the confirmation dialog window to complete the process.
